Recommended time commitments for Mod/Mod Elects to get the most out of the Moderator role for themselves and their forums are currently as follows :

March – EO Perth Moderator Training 

May EO APAC Moderator Summit 

June – Moderator Handover Meeting 

As Moderator

6 x Moderators Meetings 

• 2 hours

• 8.00 – 10.00am – a Wednesday morning in Aug, Oct, Dec, Feb, Apr and June (Handover with incoming Mod – longer meeting 8.00 – 12.30)

• You will be asked to complete a reflection sheet ahead of each Moderators Meeting.  

• The Moderator Meetings are run in a similar format to a Forum Meeting with updates and deep dives around Forum issues.
