APAC Moderator Summit 2026 - Manila, Philippines

We are pleased to announce the Board has signed off a travel reimbursement for each Moderator Elect attending this years Moderator Summit, up to the value of AU$1500. The reimbursement can be applied for post attendance by completing a reimbursement form and submitting with your receipts for flights and accommodation.

The Moderators who attend this summit, always come back raving about the connections and learnings they make from attending, so we would really encourage you to make the time to attend. We had pretty much full representation from all our Forums at Mod Summit a couple of years ago as it was held in Fremantle, so please speak to the past Moderator in your Forum to find out more.

Further details will be sent through to you as we get them, including hotel information and Agenda.

For now we have been given the following:

25 May – Arrive during the day
26 May – Full day of Mod Summit sessions from 9am – 9pm (including dinner)
27 May – Half day of Mod Summit Sessions (including lunch) ending at 1.00 followed by a Forum Next Level Session which is optional but encouraged for you to join.
Finishing at 5pm

Celebrate in-person learning opportunities when peer leaders come together to listen and share their own experiences and insights. The APAC region is hosting a Moderator Summit for YOU the Moderator!

Moderator Summits are EO’s premiere event for YOU, the Forum moderator or moderator elect. Designed to acknowledge and support moderators as the most pivotal leaders within our organization, Moderator Summits offer face-to-face connection and deep exploration of the most impactful moderator concepts. During the summit, our expert Forum facilitators Anna Birch & Fletch Mckenzie, will guide us through topics such as open coaching, effective 5% Reflections, clearing, and conflict, building Deep Dives, and managing critical conversations. 

👥 Who Should Attend?
All Forum moderators, who have been through Moderator training (MTP); members, life partners (SLP moderators and elects)

📢 Important: Moderator training is a requirement. If you are not yet Moderator trained, please contact your Chapter Staff to get signed up for a Moderator Training prior to this event.

🎯 Meeting goals - WHAT IS IT?
A day-and-a-half program curated to deepen understanding of the Forum concepts gained through Forum (FTP), Moderator Training (MTP), and your forum experience. Throughout the Summit, emphasis is placed on peer learning. Moderators will have the opportunity to share their Forum experiences openly, learn from one another, and gain confidence in their role. By leveraging the collective wisdom of Moderators from different chapters, you can enhance your leadership skills to contribute more effectively to their forum.

WHAT IS COVERED?

- Deepening your forum’s 5% Reflections
- Strengthening your forum’s Deep Dives
- Live Open Coaching Session
- Philosophy of Forum: Forum is for my own self-discovery.
- Johari Window – “why/how Forum works”.
- Forum Mindset – understanding it at a deeper level; the why of this shift.
- Drama Triangle – everyone is their own creator, not victim, hero, etc.
- Conflict and Clearing exercises
