The Forum Fuel Initiative is designed to enhance member engagement, foster meaningful connections, and reward contributions to the success of the EO Perth Chapter. This initiative encourages members to actively participate in key activities that benefit both their personal growth and the chapter's overall success. A monetary reward will be allocated to each Forum based on the scoring system listed below, to be used towards the Forum's retreat.
Purpose and Aim
The Forum Fuel Initiative aims to:
1. Reinforce the importance of Forum participation and Moderator best practices as foundational pillars of EO membership.
2. Encourage members to contribute to the chapter's growth through leadership roles and referring new members.
3. Foster deeper connections among members by promoting event attendance and active involvement in chapter and EO Global activities.
Key Components of the Initiative
Forum and Moderator Best Practices
Forum Attendance: Members are expected to attend and participate in Forum meetings aligned to their Forum Constitutions to ensure consistency and value for all participants.
Moderator Excellence: Moderators play a vital role in maintaining Forum health and dynamics. They are encouraged to implement EO’s best practices, including fostering a safe space, ensuring equitable participation, and facilitating productive discussions.
Member Contribution to the Chapter
Leadership Roles: Members are encouraged to step into leadership positions within the chapter (e.g. Board roles, Chapter Champions, Navigators, Mentors etc) to contribute to the strategic direction and operational success of EO Perth.
Referring New Members: Active promotion of the chapter is critical to its growth. Members are incentivised to refer qualified individuals to join EO Perth. A $1000 discount on local dues is offered for every successful referral as per new member referral incentive policy.
Member Connection Through Event Attendance
Chapter events are designed to provide learning experiences, and moments to build deeper personal and professional relationships. Members are encouraged to attend a significant percentage of chapter events to maximise these membership benefits both locally and outside Chapter.
Performance Criteria and Rewards
Member engagement will be tracked and measured against specific criteria by 30 June 2025. Rewards will be allocated to each Forum based on the percentage of goals achieved on a pro-rata basis:
100% Completion: $1500 reward
75% Completion: $750 reward
50% Completion: Minimum score to be eligible
These rewards reflect the chapter’s commitment to recognising and celebrating active participation and meaningful contributions.
